Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The product is returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

Personal care or hygiene products (if applicable).

Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Attach clear photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be made via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash after verification.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will replace it at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), LotPro.pk will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process if eligible.
