Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

  • Promotional offers such as Free Shipping will be clearly displayed when applicable.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

LotPro.pk offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations across Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the provided delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available), allowing you to track your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will normally attempt delivery more than once. If the order remains undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address information, it may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. LotPro.pk is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the package and products.

  • We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Although we strive to deliver on time, delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
